Vocational Training Programs

Community Integration Program

This program is designed to support vocational skill development and community integration through volunteer opportunities and social and recreational training opportunities.

Paid Internship Program

Individuals who are ready to enter the world of work may be identified to participate in our Paid Internship Program. This program offers an opportunity to experience competitive employment.

Tailored Day Services

Individuals who seek to further vocational goals, including employment or education, and may require more focused or dedicated support, they may find benefit in Tailored Day Services.

Supported Employment Services

Individuals with work or successful volunteer experience may be prepared for competitive employment with on the job coaching supports.

Our program teams uphold the following tenets of ourselves and those we serve.

Transparency

Two way transparency between the program and the individual (and the family/support team) is essential in creating the most effective plan for support. Lack of transparency causes the majority of unsuccessful services.

Community Engagement

Community engagement allows individuals to have a better understanding of community social expectations and situations.

Communication

Consistent, honest and open communication with the individual (and the family/support team) can support success. Lack of communication is detrimental to success.

Partnerships

Whether the partnership is with the individual, their family or support team, the internship worksites or local businesses employing our clients, they are key to our success. We respect those partnerships and want them to thrive so our clients can thrive.
